Time Commitment
Therapy isn’t a quick fix; it’s a process that unfolds over time. Sessions are typically [50-55] minutes, with frequency depending on your specific needs—usually weekly or bi-weekly. The more consistent and engaged you are, the more meaningful progress you’ll make.
Therapy requires an intentional commitment to growth and self-reflection. The more transparency and effort you bring to each session, the greater the return on your investment. It may feel challenging at times, but the benefits—both short-term and long-term—are immeasurable.
